Anita's Slider Tizers

Date night party finger foods great for sports events.
Serves 2-4 people. 

Increase ingredients to serve more guest.

This recipe makes 4 sliders.

Calories per slider. 340 per 1 serving.

Additional condiments and veggies, cheese etc., may increase calorie intake. You may omit or substitute ingredients according to your taste buds as well as your guest.

Before preparing any menu or having guests over make sure to check with them to see if they're allergic to any ingredients or if there's something they do not like. 

You may use ground turkey or ground chicken As a sub, use black beans or other sub's for a veggie burger. 

Keep in mind that the size of your slider  and brand of your slider bun will change the calorie intake as well.

  Ingredients

A.  1 pound lean ground round 80%.
B.  1 tablespoon Wasabi sauce/ 1 packet.
C.  1 tablespoon soysauce use low sodium if your diet requires it.

D.  1 teaspoon garlic salt/ use garlic powder if diet is salt restricted.

Optional 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Use white pepper if you prefer a milder taste.

E.  I pack of slider buns.

Mix ingredients into a medium size bowl and make sliders round or square.

Place sliders to the side on a backing dish.

*Do not put backing dish in fry oven.

Prep your slider toppers. Fresh lettuce mixed greens  etc.

This is a quick fix meal takes 12- 15 minutes depending on your air fryer. Use the bake button to make these melt in your mouth sliders.

*Slider tizer toppings*

Sweet kosher pickles/ relish

Lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, mayo. Red Onion  

Jalapeno peppers, Yellow bell/red peppers.

Chop toppers and chill in the refrigerator until slider's are done.

*Bake sliders*

Take sliders out baking dish and put in air fryer space them apart to insure they are cooked to perfection are  tender and juicy.

Bake on 360 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

You don't need to preheat your air fryer.

Check sliders after they have been baking 10 minutes.  sliders should be cooked well done in 15 minutes. 

Remove fresh veggies and 
condiments from the refrigerator place on your serving table.

Guest will enjoy this buffet style hunger buster. 

Dont forget tasty thirst quenchers... fresh lemonade  or any other  favorite  beverages.
